have been helping around the house these 2 days. cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and generally looking after the children. really, one maid may not be able to cope with all. so help out in some chores occasionally. good as exercise too. at least, i get to burn off some calories. Mabel helps out with the cleaning and she tries to help me vacuum. Max also help out with the cleaning, even though i know the cleaning is not very good. but it was fun with them helping out.

then in the afternoon, while max is sleeping, it's time for me to play games, either with mabel or Sims 2 on xbox. later after lunch, we plan to go ikea for shopping. window shopping. look out for xmas gift ideas. last year, we managed to get flowers and a vase for only 3.90. so even if you buy 20 of them, it's less than 100. this year, with the recession looming, i'm not sure what to get for gifts.
