Marcus is very forgetful/blur. yesterday, his form teacher advised him to pack his bag. so arranged all his worksheets (all dogs' ears, tattered) into subjects, one subject one file. asked him to put the papers into the respective files.

as usual, he take such a long time to do his homework. scolded him because the previous night, he forgot about his homework and did it in the room at night, without my knowing. so i confiscated his psp yesterday. i gave him a stern warning, the next time i have to confiscate his psp, it will be for a week.

this morning, after reaching the pick up point, he told me that he forgot to pack his CCM book into his bag. actually, i knew that he forgot this book for weeks already. the first 4 weeks of the term, i was putting in the books for him every tuesday. On the 5th week, when i didn't do it, he also did not. so i know for at least 4 weeks, he didn't have his ccm book on wed.

i told him, until we come out, then he realised his ccm book is not in his bag. what can i do now that we are out of the house already? when he alighted the car, he looked so sad and disappointed. so heart pain, went back home to take for him. but when i reached the pick up point again, the school bus had left. so i drove to his school, went to the office. the office called for him to come to the general office, but i think his school bus has not arrived yet.

the form teacher, on hearing the announcement, came down to take the book from me. we had a short conversation on marcus. thanked her for bringing the stuff to him and told her that he is that forgetful. told her also that he packed his bag yesterday. the form teacher feels that he is a smart boy, but he is so not 'there'. sometimes, in school, we need students to be present mentally. what we always say 'daydream'.

but i think it's also marcus' fortune that he always meets friends and teachers who will 'mother' him.
