tomorrow night will be celebrating max birthday at home with a simple steamboat dinner and cake cutting. already bought his toys. have to keep it in the car so that he doesn't know. only invited mum, sis and aunties.

speaking of car, my new car has arrived!! but i'll be busy these two weeks, so didn't have a chance to go down to settle the payment. think i'll wait until i come back from phuket. excited and not so excited. ok, this is very bimbo. i want to wait for SJS number plate. now it's still SJR. somehow, R is not as round as S.

yesterday, mil went to hospital for her psychatrist appointment. heard the doctor 'scolded' her. the doctor asked her why she is so unhappy, she said her children didn't treat her well, didn't bring her out. the doctor 'scolded' her as he pointed out that if the son does not treat her well, whose house is she staying at now? which son brought her for her medical check up? (my brother in law is always the one to bring her for medical check up) and every night, my brother in law is the one who push her down to the coffee shop for dinner.

from this, i reflected on something. true, sometimes, it's really up to the individual how one wants to see oneself. if you keep comparing with others, you'll never be satisfied and happy with yourself. sometimes, must be contented with whatever you have. so having much said, maybe i should forfeit the new car.

ha, that's not possible. my picanto is really too small to bring my mil and the children out. the wheelchair, though fits into the back, but it keeps knocking onto the glass as the car is moving.
