They asked us how we wanted our eggs, so we ordered 4 poached and 4 scrambled, in the meantime, we can help ourselves to the food outside. There were fruits, ham, fruit juice, bread and cereals. Being hungry, we ate quite a lot. Was wondering why the eggs took so long. When the eggs came, we realize that there were hot dogs and bacons, mushrooms and a tomato with the eggs. We were all very surprised as we were already quite full.
So we spent some time away while waiting for our winery lesson which will begin at 11am. We took some pictures.
The winery lesson was interesting and knowledgeable. We bought some beer and a bottle of wine before heading to Port Stephens. The journey was not very long, but halfway through the journey, every one in the car was sleeping. Had to switch on some music to keep hubby and myself awake.
When we reached Port Stephens, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. It is bigger as compared to hunters resort. There were 3 bedrooms, the bathroom was bigger, all of us can sleep more comfortably tonight. There was full kitchen facilities too and my sis and I cooked up a sumptuous dinner.
There was a laundry room, so after dinner, we washed some of our clothes.
The room that hubby and I would be sleeping in has a balcony. We have plans tonight to sit outside the balcony and have some beer. No chance to do this in Singapore, balcony at home is used for hanging clothes and it was so hot to sit at balcony to drink beer in Singapore. Here the weather is cold, so must make use of this opportunity.
